They are so cute and cuddly, it's "Aww!" to the world.
They are in almost every home. Their pictures and videos infest the Internet like the plague.
They are believed to have nine lives. They always find their way home even across huge distances. In an American town, one of them was elected as mayor.
Who are they?
Why, not the lovely pets men domesticated thousands of years ago? Unlike us, the Egyptians worshiped them for a reason.
Cats.
They are a superior, highly intelligent alien race dispatched to Earth to watch over humanity.
Do they have our best interests at heart? Do they guide us into the light or try to destroy us? Or do they have their own plans with zero concern for humans?
And their nemesis - dogs - who are they? Freaks of nature, no more than a brainless annoying presence in the cat-ruled world? Or a smart and powerful enemy?
Carlie Easterbrook is set to untangle this ball of string.
Her best friend Zina the Cat will help... or will she?
